New guidelines for visiting residents at Pembroke House

14th May 2021

With effect from Monday 17 May 2021, Pembroke House will allow 5 named individuals to see loved ones but only 2 may visit at a time.

The government is asking all care homes to allow every resident to name up to 2 people who can come for regular indoor visits.

The named visitors will need to follow some important steps to reduce the risk of infection to the person they are visiting and to others in the care home.  Lateral Flow Tests will be required by each visitor prior to arriving at Pembroke House.  Proof of a negative test can be taken on a mobile phone and shown on entry at Pembroke House.  Testing will NOT take place at the home.  To arrange for the test kits please see the link below. Please contact Pembroke House to arrange visits.
